Noisy Neighbors

It’s past midnight and I can’t sleep because of our noisy neighbors. What do they give their kids anyway? It’s already 1 am and the kids sound like their going to be up until morning. I just realized it’s not pleasant to hear the sound of a child’s laughter and hear them play whatever game their playing in the middle of the night. Don’t these kids have curfews or something?
